Led the design work & product direction for Propel People through its pre-seed funding and first dozen paying customers!
Working in a standard sprint cadence alongside product leads and a full-stack engineering team, high-fidelity research-driven designs were created and built for version 1.0. While continuous product adjustments and bug fixes took place, features such as text-to-apply and AI resume scoring were highlighted by sales and attracted industry experts.

Propel People (AKA Propel) is the most innovative recruiting platform for construction HR teams. HR teams call these ATS (applicant tracking services).
